Cancellation Policy
- Please note this cancellation and refunds policy is for events organised exclusively by JETUK only.
- All contributions towards our event participation go towards services organised by JET and JETUK.
- We endeavour to give a full refund except the payment gateway charges/commission, to all participants if the event had to be cancelled by JET UK due to any exceptional/unforeseen circumstances.
- We adhere to a fair policy towards all cancellation requests.
- All cancellation requests have to be made asap before the event date by email to info@jetuk.org along with relevant event registration details and contact number so that other devotees can use the slot.
- Tickets are not transferable.
- By purchasing these tickets you agree to abide by the instructions of JETUK team and volunteers at all times during the event.
- We do devotional event and other charity/service events. Appropriate decorum must be maintained to show respect to the Dignitaries, Swamiji, Rhithviks and other devotees attending the event treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Safety is paramount. Grounds may be uneven and slippery. Take all due care to avoid any slips or falls.
